PN MITRA is a mobile application developed by GAIL GAS for DPNG (Domestic Piped Natural Gas) customers, offering a range of customer-centric features. Some key functionalities include:

• Customers can view/download bills and make payments conveniently.
• The app provides access to the complete ledger of all transactions for customers.
• Customers can generate tickets for complaints or queries through the app.
• Gas bill and payments history for the current and previous financial years are readily available.
• Detailed lists of Emergency Contacts for GAIL GAS Limited offices and Site office addresses are accessible.
